1.5. Can I access content from RedGrove without registering?
It depends! Some content is accessible without registration. In that case, you just have to click on the content and just access it.
However, some content is only accessible after registration. It all depends on how content has been defined by the content provider. In that case, you just have to register and then access the chosen content (see below for details).
1.6. How do I register at RedGrove?
To register, you have to click on the "register" link on the homepage, fill in the required information and you will access you own private space (My Content) where all your selected content will be listed. There, you will be able to access it anytime from anywhere.
1.7. I received an invitation to a access some content on this site, why is that?
Someone who created content on the RedGrove site wanted you to access it and he/she sent you an invitation for that reason. To access this content, follow the link mentioned in the mail you received and the content will be listed in your own personal "My Content" section. If you havent't yet registered at RedGrove, click on the "register" link on the homepage, fill in the required information and you will access you own private space (MyGrove > MyContent) where all your selected content will be listed.
1.8. What does it cost to register at RedGrove?
Registration is free to RedGrove.
Content may be accessible for free or have a fixed fee determined by the content provider. The price of each content is displayed in the content detail page summarizing all important information regarding each content.
1.9. I can not login, what's wrong?
If you have never logged in before, something wrong may have happened during registration. You may try again and succeed.
If registration worked fine before, maybe you're misleading about your login or your password.
First, clic on the "forgot password?" link next to the registration box on the homepage... you will receive a new password via email.
Second, if this does not work, please contact support (tech@red-grove.com) to manually check your information.
